Most people think of confidence as this sense of invincibility--as if it means always feeling sure of yourself and having all the answers.
Here's the good news--it's not about feeling like you're hot shit all the time. In fact, we tend to have choice words for people who act like they're hot shit, and they aren't pretty.
True confidence comes from trusting your ability to handle whatever comes your way.
Can you sit with the idea of being a worthy person capable of finding solutions?
Can you sit with it until it feels true in your body?
That's confidence.
