Rest isn’t a luxury; it’s an essential part of sustainable leadership and life. 

As the year winds down, we’re taking a cue from the natural world—slowing down, reflecting, and creating space to recharge. As an organization, we embrace a period of collective rest in December—no team member is required to work the six weeks surrounding Thanksgiving and New Year’s. 

During this time—and all year long, really—we trust our team to honor what they need most, whether that’s time to catch our breath, travel, visit family and friends, and explore the world during this space in-between, or take the opportunity to wrap up meaningful projects.

And we encourage you to recover, reset, and rest up, too, my friend, because 2025 is calling, and we’ve got big, bold moves to make.
