But First, A Note From Our Founder.
The new year often comes with the pressure to make sweeping resolutions.
But here’s the thing: meaningful growth doesn’t come from lofty declarations—it comes from clear intentions grounded in supportive ecosystems.
This year, I’m experimenting with intentionality. I’ve set an intention for my year and I set an intention for my day every morning when I wake up: How do I want to feel? What future am I building toward? What impact do I want to have? And what actions do I need to take today to make that happen?
Rather than making decisions based on how I presently feel, or what I should be doing, I set a clear direction for myself and constantly align my decisions and actions with that intention.
So this year, I encourage you to craft a clear vision for your life, your team, the impact of your work, and the future you want to see, and then make decisions and take actions that align with that vision at every opportunity.
Embrace the power of intention and watch where it leads you—the results might just surpass any resolution you’d have forced yourself into. After all, who we become tomorrow is shaped by the visions we hold today.
To a better tomorrow,

Burkeman challenges us to reconsider what it means to use our lives well. Is a life well-used really about a squeaky clean inbox and an empty to-do list?” – Sharon
